Directions:
Take the Big Chimney Exit #5 off I-79 North. At the bottom of the ramp turn right then make an immediate left onto Coopers Creek. Follow the Hamilton Farms signs for 4.5 miles. The entrance to the farm has a Hamilton Farms sign and red gates.
